KAZAKH INVEST at the QYZYLJAR INVESTMENT FORUM-2024
"Qyzyljar Investment Forum 2024," an international investment and construction forum, was held in Petropavlovsk. The forum was dedicated to topical issues in attracting investments for the region's economy's priority sectors and an exhibition of industrial and construction enterprises. During the event, 14 commercial documents were signed for a total amount of over $284 million.
Heads of government agencies, business associations, and foreign and domestic companies attended the forum. The number of participants amounted to about 200 people.
Gauez Nurmukhambetov, the Governor of the North Kazakhstan region, opened the event with a welcoming speech and highlighted the region's high potential for implementing investment projects.
Amongst others, Marina Bayandina, General Director of JSC Khlebprom, Konstantin Karger, General Director of Uralkran Group LLC, and representatives of the Turkish YDA Group spoke at the forum. Regional Representative Daniyar Shalabayev took part in the event on behalf of JSC "NC "KAZAKH INVEST." The event participants had the opportunity to ask relevant questions and participate in the discussion.
Local and foreign participants' active involvement during the event confirmed the region's growing attractiveness for investment. The forum's work demonstrated the excellent prospects and advantages of the North Kazakhstan Region for attracting and developing capital. The participants noted such benefits as its strategic location, leadership in the agro-industrial complex, high industrialization, developed mechanical engineering, comfortable conditions for investors, etc.
At the end of the forum, a ceremony was held to sign bilateral agreements on mutual understanding and investment cooperation.
