A special economic zone is a part of the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan with precisely defined boundaries, on which a special legal regime of a special economic zone operates for the implementation of priority activities. The industrial zone is non-agricultural land, provided with communications, provided by the state to private business entities for the placement and operation of industrial facilities in the manner established by the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Today in the North-Kazakhstan region there are no industrial and special industrial zones.
However, work on their creation is being actively pursued.
By the end of this year, it is planned to issue a documented in accordance with the legislation of the private industrial zone, which will be located 14 productions. Of these, 3 existing and 11 potential enterprises.
