Chairman of KAZAKH INVEST Held a Video Conference with Investors in North Kazakhstan Region
KAZAKH INVEST continues a series of meetings with representatives of Kazakh and foreign businesses in the regions of Kazakhstan. On the eve of the meeting, the Chairman of the Board of "NC "KAZAKH INVEST" JSC Meirzhan Yussupov held a meeting with business representatives of the North-Kazakhstan Region.
The event was also attended by the Head of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Industrial-Innovative Development of North Kazakhstan Region Darkhan Amrin, the Head of FEZ "Qyzyljar" Nurbek Kozhakhmetov, specialists of social-entrepreneurial corporation "Soltustyk" and representatives of such companies as "Northern Plywood Mill" (Turkey), "KAZROST Engineering" (Georgia), "Cool Infinity" (RF), "Taiinsha-Mai" (PRC).
During his speech, Meirzhan Yussupov noted that earlier similar meetings were held with investors of Almaty and Shymkent cities, as well as Pavlodar and Akmola regions. According to him, such an open format of negotiations allows you to increase investor confidence and accelerate work processes.
"These meetings allowed us to form a pool of current and systemic issues. Our specialists deal with current issues. We bring systemic issues to the level of top managers of the central government agencies. In case of additional difficulties we have an opportunity to apply to the Investment Ombudsman, who is the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan", - said Meirzhan Yussupov.
In turn, a representative of the "Kirpich – SK" LLP noted that the company KAZAKH INVEST provided support in the form of assistance in concluding an investment contract, which freed the business from customs duties on imports of equipment from China. In addition, the Regional Director resolved the issue of approval of design and estimate documentation, as well as provided advice and support for the import of highly specialized foreign specialists.
In general, the questions of further support of the realization of investment projects and solving current questions of investors were discussed during the video conference. Besides, they touched upon the topics of the permits obtaining, the conclusion of investment contracts, and the search for additional financing for the projects.
The management of KAZAKH INVEST offered possible solutions to these issues with the assistance of state authorities and gave necessary recommendations. Because of the meeting, the parties agreed on further cooperation and the organization of a constructive dialogue to improve the investment climate in Kazakhstan.
